Accounting Clerk

Our client is looking for a temp to hire Accounting Clerk. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $28 to $33 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accurate financial records.
  
• Serve as a backup for the Accounts Receivable Coordinator, handling clerical tasks.
  
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts.
  
• Perform bank reconciliations.
  
• Manage manual processes related to financial transactions.
  

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Accounting preferred).
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  
• Prior experience in accounting or finance roles is desirable.
