Century Group has partnered with a construction organization who is seeking a Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is an onsite position located in Alameda. This is a direct hire position. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $75,000 to $95,000 per year.

Job Description:

  • Prepare invoice packages including all applicable backup documentation
  • Assess and pursue opportunities for maximization of client billing
  • Research any unbilled issues to optimize the billing possibilities for the billing period.
Experience:
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of AI billing platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
