Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
Sales and marketing experience
What you'll bring to the team...
Answer incoming calls and greet clients warmly and professionally
Match clients with the best-suited tax professional based on their needs
Schedule clients according to their preferences
Ensure all clients' needs are met during services provided in person, over the phone, or virtually
Maintain a clean and organized office environment with the team
Perform other duties as assigned
Your Expertise:
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Previous customer service experience
Ability to multi-task effectively
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Pay Range Information
The pay range for this position is $11.00 - $27.00 per hour. Individual pay decisions will depend on related factors like experience, education, skills, performance, and job location. Successful candidates may be eligible for incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans.
