Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing customer experience by assisting with loading their vehicles and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at the store entrance. You will also ensure that shopping carts are readily available for customers. Your interactions with customers will be crucial, as you will often be the first and last point of contact during their visit. Therefore, delivering exceptional customer service is essential in this role.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with loading their purchases into vehicles
• Monitoring and maintaining a clean and organized store entrance
• Ensuring an adequate supply of shopping carts is available
• Engaging with customers to provide support and information
