Customer Service Lot Aide

As a Customer Service Lot Aide at Home Depot, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction right from the moment they arrive at our store. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with loading their vehicles and maintaining a welcoming environment at the entrance of the store.

Your daily tasks will involve:

• Helping customers load their purchases into their vehicles.
• Monitoring and keeping the entrance area tidy and inviting.
• Maintaining a sufficient supply of shopping carts for customer use.
• Interacting with fellow Home Depot associates and customers throughout the day.
