Work Dates Needed: June 1 (needs 2-3 weeks credentials) - ongoing
Preferred Schedule: 1 weekly late shift 11:30am-8pm either M or Th, Rest of the week 9am-5:30pm T, W, F
Worksite Setting: Outpatient
Scope of Work: 24 scheduled patients per day. must see all ages. The Family Practice Physician - consultation, diagnosis and treatment to patients seeking primary health care services at our health centers. The physician will refer patients to medical specialists for consultation services when necessary for patients well being; provide prenatal care to pregnant women, and provides post-natal care to mothers and infants; emphasizes promotion of health by advising patients about diet, hygiene, and methods for disease prevention. Documents patient visits via Electronic Health Records
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BLS and DEA. CA state license & BC FP doc
EMR: NextGen; Training provided.
Pay Rate: $140/hr
