As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in leading the restaurant to success while upholding the practices and procedures set by Burger King Corporation. Your prime focus will be on enhancing customer service, cost control, brand standards, and employee development to drive profitability and sales growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional service at the front counter while checking product quality and addressing customer needs promptly. Train and guide employees in providing courteous service and handling complaints effectively.
- Organize and conduct meetings with both team members and management to strategize, train, and review operational procedures and policies.
- Implement local store marketing initiatives to achieve and maintain acceptable sales levels.
- Monitor utilities, supplies, and costs to minimize expenses. Analyze Profit and Loss statements and take necessary corrective actions. Ensure compliance with food preparation and serving specifications while maintaining inventory control.
- Follow company-approved labor guidelines to create and adjust labor schedules based on sales volume fluctuations.
- Manage cash control by processing daily bank deposits in line with company cash handling procedures.
- Report accidents and incidents to Risk Management promptly and maintain a safe work environment, aiming for the highest health department ratings. Uphold restaurant cleanliness and uniform standards in alignment with Burger King's image requirements.
- Keep the District Manager updated on hiring, promotions, and employee status changes while processing payroll in a compliant manner.
- Conduct performance reviews with the management team and staff, documenting necessary disciplinary actions and maintaining employee records according to legal requirements.
- Ensure prompt repair of restaurant equipment and building maintenance through a preventive maintenance approach.
- Attend scheduled meetings by the District Manager for planning, training, and reviewing operational policies.
- Complete all required administrative paperwork efficiently.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
