WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT?
As a self-driven and results-oriented Retail Sales Associate and Key Holder, you will be vital in ensuring exceptional customer service while coaching your team to excel in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming each guest and taking the time to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
- Becoming a product knowledge expert, effectively selling and marketing a variety of apparel including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing.
- Supporting the development of a customer-focused sales team through continuous coaching and training on sales skills, best practices, and operational procedures.
ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT?
We're looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college/university degree is a plus but not required).
- Proven experience in delivering superior customer service and resolving complaints effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.
Competitive pay for this position ranges from $18.87 to $20.24 per hour, which includes a base hourly wage from $10.30 to $14.00, a commission of 1.5% to 6% based on individual sales performance, and additional compensation to ensure minimum wage as needed. Associates also have the chance to earn a quarterly bonus based on overall store performance.
