Sales and Customer Support Associate

Position Overview:

As a Sales and Customer Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing swift and friendly service to our customers. Your main focus will be to actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored assistance to help them achieve their project goals.

In this role, you will:

• Utilize our resources to learn about various products and effectively communicate information to customers, ensuring a smooth sales process.
• Master the skills to greet, qualify, recommend, and successfully close sales with every customer in your department.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your designated areas, ensuring they are safe, shoppable, and fully stocked.
• Work collaboratively with your Department Supervisor and fellow associates to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures by immediately addressing hazards, completing safety training, and reporting unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty.
