As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will be a role model for our operational standards, ensuring every customer has a memorable experience. You’ll lead your shift alongside a dedicated team of baristas, focusing on delivering exceptional service and expertly-crafted products. In our vibrant store environment, you’ll have the opportunity to influence others positively, foster teamwork, and enhance your leadership skills.

Summary of Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in retail or restaurant environments.
Basic Qualifications
- Maintain consistency in attendance and punctuality.
- Be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Meet operating policies and standards for quality beverages and food products, cash handling, store safety, and security.
- Have at least six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling their requests.
- Prepare and supervise the preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized orders.
- Have at least six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating the work of two or more employees.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to direct the work of others effectively.
- Quick learner with strong oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of the retail environment and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build relationships.
