As a Shift Supervisor, you will serve as a role model, guiding our baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and expertly crafted beverages. In this energetic environment, you will help foster a supportive team atmosphere while honing your leadership skills. You will play a crucial role in creating uplifting experiences for both our customers and your colleagues.

Summary of Experience:

  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment - 1 year

Basic Qualifications:

  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Meet store operating policies and standards.
  • Six months of experience in a customer interaction position.
  • Prepare and coach beverage and food prep according to standards.
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating team activities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to direct the work of others.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to build relationships.
