As a Starbucks shift supervisor, you'll embody the standards that define the Starbucks Experience. Leading your shift alongside a dedicated team of baristas, you'll focus on delivering exceptional customer service and crafting quality beverages in a vibrant store environment. Experience Requirements:

  • 1 year of customer service experience in retail or restaurant environments.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Availability for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Adherence to store policies and standards, including quality beverages and food products.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer-interacting role.
  • Experience in preparing food and beverages to standard recipes or customer specifications.
  • At least 6 months experience in delegating tasks and coordinating team activities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to lead and direct others effectively.
  • Quick-learning abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Understanding of the retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
