Position Purpose:
As a Store Operations Associate, you'll play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction by supporting various non-sales functions. This position involves ensuring a seamless customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the store, and providing essential administrative services.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Directing customers to appropriate store departments or merchandise
- Answering customer inquiries regarding product order statuses
- Managing cash transactions and ensuring program compliance
- Collaborating effectively with team members, vendors, and carriers
