About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Deputy Treasurer to join their global Treasury organization. The successful candidate will work closely with the Treasurer to lead a team of approximately 20 professionals in various Treasury functions, including operations, capital markets, investments, foreign exchange, financial risk management, and liquidity management. This executive will be responsible for the day-to-day Treasury activities, supporting capital allocation, and advancing strategic priorities. Key responsibilities for the role include overseeing global Treasury operations, optimizing liquidity, and leading Treasury modernization initiatives. The role also involves team leadership, organizational development, and significant visibility across the Finance organization, including interaction with executive leadership and the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of progressive Treasury leadership experience within a complex, multinational public company, with a strong background in all areas of Treasury management. They should be adept at driving practical, business-oriented solutions, and have a proven track record of influencing across a global enterprise. The role requires a leader with executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams. The candidate should be commercially astute, intellectually curious, and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline is required, with a preference for an MBA or advanced degree. The role demands a strategic thinker with a focus on operational excellence, and the ability to balance long-term strategic priorities with disciplined execution.
