The successful candidate will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for owning the overall marketing strategy and brand vision. This role demands a leader with a strong in-house brand leadership background, capable of defining and evolving brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction while ensuring the brand's authenticity and heritage are preserved. The VP of Marketing will be tasked with driving growth through the development of annual and quarterly marketing strategies, leading digital and guest engagement initiatives, and bringing products to market in collaboration with culinary and operations teams. Local marketing, community partnerships, and grassroots initiatives to drive restaurant-level traffic will also be a focus. Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally within consumer-facing brands. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in building and scaling consumer brands, strong expertise in brand strategy, storytelling, and digital marketing, and a deep understanding of guest acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will have experience partnering cross-functionally with various business leaders, executive presence, and the ability to build and develop teams.
